A. DAVIS WHITESELL, a partner, practiced bankruptcy and commercial
law with Hale and Dorr and with Fine & Ambrogne before joining
Cohn Whitesell & Goldberg LLP in 1990. Mr. Whitesell received
his B.A. cum laude in 1979 from Harvard University and
his J.D. in 1985 from Boston University School of Law, where
he served as an editor of Boston University Legislative Services.
